In the kitchen

Dirty hands, sharp knives, stained aprons, crumbs everywhere , tears of sweat.
In years of working in the service industry, the kitchen has always been the most interesting part of it all.
A micro-world dominated by cooks and chefs, masters of their craft that I've always respected, always admired while asking myself how
they could fight all that heat all the smoke for 8 9 10 or even more hours.

This small series was taken at the junk food restaurant I currently work at, after realizing that I had never actually shot my kitchen coworkers in any of the places I've worked at.
This needed to be addressed.

in a way, this is just an attempt to capture something good out of an industry that's been draining my time with customers' bullshit and managers' power trips for already far to long, hoping that I'm gonna make it out of it, eventually.
